If you have time, shop Amazon or The Party Store THEN go here. Bought 3 bags (at $ 30 a bag) of foil chocolates and was told they were expensive because they were good chocolates, and they were good, but don’t refrigerate them! I did that and it made them waxy and chewy.
The selection is good, but do your homework!

Beware! Horrible customer service! I ordered what I thought were stuffed animals attached to lollipops but when I received the order I was surprised to see the lollipops were not included with the animals. Mind you I upgraded my shipping so the lollipops wouldn’t be sitting in my hot mailbox. I contacted customer service about their very misleading website and they weren’t willing to work with me. There are way too many retailers online who offer great customer service, don’t waste your time with Bulk Candy Store! I left a review on the company’s website. However the reviews have to be approved before they are posted! Do you really think they are going to post negative reviews on their website?

I am shocked by the lack of customer service with this company. I ordered $ 150 worth of candy and one bag of fruit chews arrived with a whole in it and the chews had brown spots on them. I also ordered (among other things) pink flapsticks that arrived all sticky and bunched together. The other items I ordered were fine. I immediately called the company and was told I needed to send photos of the two items I wasn’t happy with and they would get back to me. After I sent my photos and followed up the next day, I was told that the fruit chews were «naturally» spotty (they ignored the point that the bag arrived with a whole in it even though I sent a very clear photo) and said there was «nothing wrong» with the sticky flapjacks. In sum — so sad, too bad, nothing they can do. I wrote back appealing them to reconsider given the stickiness of the flapjacks and the already opened bag, but I guess they care more about not replacing two items then their customer service and Unilocal reviews. I just signed up for Unilocal at the REQUEST of a vendor I recently used — that’s how seriously that company takes their customer service. I gave them 5 stars and that was my first review. This was my second. I don’t take giving such a low review lightly and it saddens me that a company would care so little about customer service. There are SOOO many online bulk candy options, so in the future I will pick one that cares.

I was planning a baby shower for a baby boy and they had the best selection of blue candy and gum for our candy bar. They even had candy gifts to give out at the hospital. Now I am planning a wedding candy bar and will be coming back to find the best candy for that candy buffet.

The Bulk Candy Store rocks! We were planning our wedding and wanted to have a candy bar for our guests to take home some fun sweets. They had a huge selection of retro candy as well as endless choices in our colors! Everyone was very helpful in making the event special. THX!

These guys were AWESOME! I ordered my candy from them in bulk for my wedding candy bar, I searched high and low for the best prices and these guys were competitively priced as well as super helpful over the phone. I have to say after all the different vendors we had to deal with for our wedding, it was a relief to have these guys as one of them. friendly, willing to work with me and in the end, the delivered our candy fresh and on time. The only thing was their website was a little hard to search and I couldn’t find some of the candy that it turns out they actually have when I talked to them on the phone. Although they said they were working on it so I’m sure it will be updated soon. Other than that, they were great, would use them again for sure!

This is actually a warehouse operation, so don’t expect your typical candy store. That being said, they took me in as a walk-​in and were very friendly and helpful in satisfying my candy needs. :-)
