Today’s lunch was off the chart delicious! I had the Salmon grilled and it was cooked to perfection. It was so moist and flavorful. It was served with fingerling potatoes and asparagus. My husband had the shrimp and scallops linguine. It was served with a type of vodka sauce and a touch of fresh spinach.

Place looks nice. Server was nice and fast. Soup and bread were my favorite. Burger was drenched in grease. But overall it was a nice restaurant. I really liked the fish on the walls.

We tried this restaurant over a year ago when they 1st opened. Tried it 3 times! First &2nd were not good, but we attributed it to being newly opened. The 3rd time we vowed it would be our last. Wrong fish served & disinterested management, A year has past & we decided to try it again — lots of advertising & coupons. We thought perhaps there was a new owner — not! They have a good menu & a great early bird. The décor is lovely & a full bar. Unfortunately that’s where it ends! My husband & I both ordered grilled mahi & we were both served salmon! The same thing happened again — a yr later! And the server didn’t even realize it! My husband decided to eat his & I sent mine back = we did not get to eat together. No one ever came over to apologize or explain. At the end of dinner we asked to see the manager. He came over — said he had«overheard» about the problem but had not checked it out. Then he did — server had placed the order correctly & kitchen screwed it up. Did I mention we were one of 4 tables occupied at the time? so the kitchen definitely did not have too many orders to handle. The manager apologized & that was it. Did not seem at all interested how unhappy we were — how this was the 2nd time — a year apart — that this had happened. We asked for our dessert to go(included in sunset special). When we got home — both the cheesecake & key lime pie tasted like it had been in the refrigerator for a week! had to throw them both out, Did I mention we will not be returning?! PS — we eat out about 5 days/week, so we know what kind of food & service to expect.

When we arrived they were out crayons for the kids menus and tops for their cups. I ordered a double captain and diet Coke, they definitely did not use captain and it was definitely not a double and I was charge for one. I ordered the shrimp and scallops wrapped in bacon, the scallops were awful definitely not fresh. I ended up sending the dish back. My husband had the prime rib ordered it medium rare came out pretty close to well-done. Last complaint the only vegetable they had was green beans(which are not a vegetable) The server was very nice and attentive and that would be the only good thing I’d have to say about the experience.

VERYPOORCUSTOMERSERVICE. Food was very good. Came in and the hostess didn’t even recognize us. Appetizers took more than 20 min to come out. There were 5 of us and maybe 20 other people in the restaurant. Worst part they FORGOTTOORDER one of our meals… Unbelievable. Manager made a good attempt at recovery though.

Awesome! Went here for the first time tonight with two friends. We all raved about our meals. I had the Catch of the day-mahi-mahi. My friends enjoyed Grilled Seafood Platter and from the«special menu» Seafood Alfredo. The portions were very generous. Crystal was our server, she was wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Overall a mediocre experience. The prices are appropriate to the food they offer. I had the prime rib which was a little tough. My wife had the fresh catch grilled salmon which tasted burnt. My bar drink wasn’t very strong but our server was nice. I’m not sure if I will be back. Id rather pay $ 5 more for a higher quality of food.

We tried Blue Fish Restaurant for the first time last night. We were extremely pleased and impressed. Christal was our server. She was accommodating, attentive and just plain terrific! Three of us had the twin lobster specials. The lobsters were very sweet, full of meat, and cooked perfectly. One of us had the fish & chips which he loved. All of the sides were well prepared & delicious. Overall, the prices were very reasonable, while the service and food quality were top notch! We will definitely be returning to Blue Fish again! It was a wonderful experience. Thank You!

Keyword: «Fried Spinach»! 2nd visit here and I discovered they serve the fried bay scallop appetizer over a portion of fried spinach which is KILLER! I haven’t seen this for years since Chow Bar in West Greenwich Village. It’s the thinnest ‘essence’ of spinach that completely melts in ur mouth! Seriously: ask them if they’ll serve u a side of the fried spinach… it’s crazy good! I also had the seared ahi tuna mini-tacos and they were very good. Wife had the dolphin salad which was v. good exc the dolphin was a bit bland, but that can be the nature of that fish sometimes. Can’t wait to go again and try their crepes!

Overall experience was terrible. My lobster mac & cheese came without a single piece of lobster, and my wife’s bouillabaisse was filled with overcooked seafood. Things could have been so easily corrected, however our waitress did not even come back to check on us for 15 mins after we received our food. She did not ask about my wife food, but I mentioned having no lobster. She did take the dish back to the chef and he did add the lobster and relayed to us through the waitress that he forgot and offered us free desert of our choice. My wife was never even asked about her dish, even when we were completely finished and she clearly didn’t eat any of the fish, lobster, shrimp or scallops. She only ate the clams, and muscles. The waitress spent time going threw her car in the parking lot with her boyfriend. We were the only ones in the restaurant. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because I do understand that crap happens. Maybe the waitress was just having a bad night. The lobster mac & cheese, once the lobster was put in was actually pretty good. The bouillabaisse flavor was great, and if they added the seafood at the end so it wasn’t way overcooked it would have been great too. I will not be going back, but I wish them the best of luck.

Came here for lunch on a whim. Wow! I ordered the cobia which came with fingerling potatoes and green beans. All for $ 13! It was perfectly blackened and it really hit the spot. I will make this a regular check in unless things change. I love fish, especially when it doesn’t break the bank.

My meal was very good but could be a little better. The wife’s was just slightly above average. Service by Paige was wonderful and is probably the best reason to go back.

Blue Fish just opened and things are coming together well. I’ve dined there three times and I’ve really enjoyed the unique dishes and very high quality seafood. The quality is similar to «Bimini Twist»(just across the street) or «Stonewood»(8 miles South @Wellington Green). Unlike the two aforementioned restaurants, Blue Fish has more creative dishes and the prices, in some instances, are better at Blue Fish. The menu is targeted towards people that enjoy high quality seafood prepared with unique methods. On the simpler side of things, you have the option of fresh-catches(Mahi, Hogfish, Grouper, Snapper, etc) which in my experience is fresh and delicious. Unlike Bimini Twist, Blue Fish is not yet known, and as a result, Blue Fish doesn’t have the long waiting time. Blue Fish is also open for lunch(to 4pm) and I feel the lunch prices are quite good. The servers are still acclimating and there have been a few growing pains, but it looks like things may be coming together. Assuming they continue to purvey high quality seafood and keep a quality chef, this will e my new«go to» location in the Wellington/Royal Palm area.
