Owners are awesome — they really listen to what your needs are. I bought a second beach cruiser for our family today! They even had awesome unique bikes for my son to try. They were patient with him and let him try several bikes out! If you want honest service come here!

These guys were amazing! Martha was super patient and helpful with all of our questions and seemed legitimately interested on what was the best choice for us. Really good quality products paired with the excellent service has made the place to go for any of our future cycling needs, really thank you guys :)

Awesome folks and super service oriented! Purchased 2 bikes from them and they allowed us to ride around on various bikes to decide which we were comfortable with! Highly recommend

After getting the run around from the other chain stores in the area, so happy to find Bicyclery! The mechanic who sold and taught me about my bike, purchased at their shop, is unfortunately no longer there… however, every time I’ve been in since all the other mechanics have been happy to answer my endless questions, point me in the right direction, and remind me about the events they host. I only recommend people in the area to this shop.

I came here a few weeks ago as a newbie to biking with a lot of questions. Sometimes going into bike shops can be intimidating, especially if you don’t know anything about the sport. I was greeted by Tom(the owner) who was very eager to answer any questions I had. Even though I was new, I wasn’t judged and I didn’t feel out of place. We spent over an hour just chatting about general mountain biking. Overall a very friendly environment and not«pushy» at all. Just honest information from guys with 30+ years experience. Bicyclery’s inventory isn’t huge, but they have a little bit of everything you need for biking. They are a Specialized dealer, and stock a few bikes. They also offer demo bike rentals to see if you like what you choose before you purchase. I highly recommend this shop!

I wish I could give 0 stars… I’ve been coming to these dudes for years. I know I can find cheaper prices on amazon but I’ve always wanted to support local businesses. We’re a family of cyclists and have been coming here for all our needs, and until recently have been happy. We dropped off one of our bikes for some repairs and upgrades — estimate was a little less than $ 200. We pick up our bike today and the bill comes to $ 400!!! I’m not a mathematician but this is SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than what we agreed on. When I asked why, the associate we’ve trusted for years said that he «messed up»… And when I complained, he offered to remove the pieces and refund it. We are going on vacation tomorrow with our bikes, so this is not an option. This is not how you treat a loyal customer. It seems pretty clear that someone was looking for a Christmas* bonus and thought that he found it in our family. Do NOT come here if you want to be treated with respect. I suggest you go to Bike America instead. * this happened in december. I thought i posted this on my iphone, but it looks like the app doesnt let you post reviews.

Went out of their way to find a $ 1.50 part I needed. That’s surprising these days. Thanks

Totally agree with Kevin about the attitude. I ride on old school mountain bikes from 10 years ago, but high end. One of them a a failure of the elastomers within the fork, as a regular customer from back in the K mart trail days I quickly thought of this shop for help. After they got over being annoyed with my desire to repair the fork, they informed me that parts to fix it were not available. So I asked about a new fork for the bike and was told that no one had forks to fit this previously standard sized frame head set. Disgruntled, I left and found a large selection of compatible forks on eBay and bought one for $ 50, and used my new favorite and friendly Bike shop, in down town Lake Worth to remove the lower bearing race and press it on the new fork for $ 5. They were busy when I went in but still made time to fit me in quickly. The new shop is Relentless Bicycles in downtown Lake Worth. This business knows every customer doesn’t need to be a home run sale. Guess where I will go when its time to replace my $ 4000 in bikes?

This shop has been the go to location for first rate work, advice and purchases in central Palm Beach County for along time. Tiny and tucked away you may not know how great they are unless you are a cyclist in the local community or have been referred to them. We send our athletes there for all their cycling needs and have patronized this shop ourselves for many years. They are the best.

The employees are knowledgeable and very, very nice. They made me feel at home. I’d also like to note that they have a selection of women’s jerseys that do not look like upholstery fabric. It’s the only bike shop I’ve ever been to that sells stylish women’s jerseys. I went to a handful of bike shops while visiting Palm Beach County and this was by far my favorite.
