Bella Bridesmaids

I would recommend this bridal boutique in a heartbeat !!! Made an appointment with Faren and the entire experience was amazing. The selection of dresses was outstanding. Not your typical David’s bridesmaid dresses. Faren was VERY helpful and listened to what my maid of honor and I were looking for. I wanted something a little less formal (beach wedding) and something that would please every girl. She recommended the two birds universal dress. I can’t stop bragging over how awesome my bridesmaid dresses were. I wish I got to wear one myself. The customer service was AMAZING the entire process. Faren was able to work with all my bridesmaids, in FOUR different states. The dresses even came earlier than she quoted. I can’t say enough about Faren and her boutique. Highly highly recommend if your looking for a beautiful bridesmaid dress! I would even consider going there for a dress to attend a wedding as a regular guest.

I have been a bridesmaid now for two weddings that both brides used Bella Bridesmaids. All the dresses are gorgeous and very complimentary. I am full figured and was a little leery that the dresses would not be flattering. Faren, the owner was incredibly knowledgable and helped us find the perfect dresses for all body types. As a bridesmaid, I thought it was a great experience shopping for dresses at Bella. It is so cool that it is specialized just for the bridesmaids. I would definitely recommend going to Bella Bridesmaid if you are looking for that special dress for any event.

I had planned to have my bridesmaids order their dresses through Bella Bridesmaids, but I was so disappointed by the rude service I received from the owner that I will be ordering dresses from someone else. I went in the day after Thanksgiving to look at dresses. When I walked in, the owner basically gave me a look like «what are you doing in my store?» I explained that I didn’t have an appointment, but that I was in the area and just wanted to look and see what they had. She explained in no uncertain terms that she is «by appointment only.» Mind you, the store is in a very popular strip shopping center, complete with window displays and everything. If you don’t want customers coming into your store if they don’t have an appointment, then keep the door locked, or don’t have a location in a shopping center! While I was there, another girl and her mom were also looking at dresses. She asked to try one on, and the owner told her that she couldn’t because she didn’t have an appointment. They explained that they were visiting from out of state, and couldn’t come back for an appointment. Still the owner refused to let her try on a dress. She was generally rude and snotty. I will be having my bridesmaids order their dresses somewhere else!
