My appointment was at 1:30. I wasn’t seen till 2:15. My consultation didn’t even last 10 mins so I was checked out by 2:40. I was not given skilled tx analysis or suggestions on preventative and after care procedures. I found myself having to ask questions that should’ve been answered considering the purpose of my visit. Dr. Caren appeared to be timid & didn’t seem personable at all. I won’t take it personal as I’m not sure if foot doctors need the best bedside manners… idk. Note: her staff is super friendly so it’ll off set the off putting attitude of a rushy doctor! Stay away! Cost of insurance & premium prices are too pricy to get lousy care.
