All-​Star came to my house twice in Royal Palm Beach to snake a drain as water was backing up into the showers and into the tubs. After they snaked it three times they suggested I paid to have a camera go down the drain to see if there are any problems. $ 400 later I find out that I could’ve called our local water supplier County utilities of Palm Beach, and they would’ve come out and taking care of the drain. The county worker told me this happens all the time. Anytime something backs up it’s usually their problem. Got suckered once won’t get suckered again

We called Allstar Plumbling & Drain Cleaning to take a look at our water heater because the hot water was running out very quickly. After talking with the plumber he told us that the entire water heater needed to be replaced. The cost to do so would be $ 1,300. So to be sure we decided to get another quote. The second plumber told us the water heater was good, all the elements were fine. He turned up the heat on the water heater and since then we have not had any issues. Additionally, the cost for them to come is $ 129, save your money.

service was same day at my convienence. the drain was unstopped and i also gained some useful info about my sewer/​septic system. they wore booties. they were one of only 2 companies that would quote a price over the phone. i would use them again. tom was very knowledgeable
