As a first time user of any cosmetic enhancement, I was extremely nervous. Dr Shapiro and her assistant explained everything in great detail and took their time to answer ALL my questions. They told me that I could even come back for a touch up if I thought i needed a little more filler after the injection set in after a few days! I will definitely return for future visits.

Dr Shapiro and her assistant are very thoughtful. They genuinely want you to be happy when you leave. I tried Dysport and filler for the first time. I had tried botox for my forehead before and decided to try something more dramatic. I came back twice to have them explain what happened to my face. My conclusion is that I look better but not as natural as I had hoped. They were incredibly patient and professional.

3 stars because I wasn’t told neck isn’t part of chin strap. Receptionist is very very nice and extra friendly
