Wanted to post a thanks to the folks at KRB. I had a bed-​bug scare and they were excellent. I called first thing in the morning and within an hour someone was at my place. I found them informative open helpful very very knowledgeable and overall very honest. My landlord suggested KRB and now I know why. Price for an inspection was fair and the advice I was given was excellent. No bed bugs by the way! :)

Be very careful when using this company. If you do not sign up for ongoing service they do not back up their work. We recently had fumigation done for roaches. There was no improvement whatsoever. By way of explanation I was told that the work was not under warranty. When asked if there should not be an expectation of improvement the representative said, there is no warranty. STONEWALLED. So, no results, no accountability, no remediation, goodbye $ 300.
