I will never work with this center again. The office staff is EXTREMELY incompetent. Ordered two identical products, one came in on time and the other did not. I called the staff and they assured they would call and find out what happened and call back… they never called back. Called the next day and they promised the same and again no answers. Four days later and they still have not given an answer as to where my orthotics are. This is the worst staff and customer service ever.
