if you are dropping off their rental at Bloomfield Collision without any representative signing you out or receiving the vehicle, make sure you take a video or picture of your rental on all sides to prove that you returned the vehicle to Bloomfield Collision personnel without damage. These people cannot be trusted at all.

I have rented several times from this location and always a good experience. The staff is very nice and helpful. Always good pick-​up and drop-​off service, even though they are pretty busy.

I have rented from this location on multiple occasions whether personal or business staff has been helpful and courteous.
The Manager on site Whitney is wonderful and always professional. When there was a problem with a car switched that one out for another one. Transition was easy breezy. Whitney is a definite asset to this location.

I rented a midsize on 9÷18÷2015. As directed, I called for a ride to the office ½ hour before desired pickup time. I waited over an hour for the driver. My driver, Wayne, was a customer service rep who had recently transferred from the Lyndhurst office. He was as nice and professional as could be, apologizing for the long wait and telling me that they were very busy on that day. When we got to the office, it was close to their 6:00 PM closing time. I had purchased the gas option when making my reservation online. As it turned out, the Nissan Sentra that Wayne had picked me up in was the only car available that evening… and had no gas. Wayne told me that that office only had one gas credit card, and that one of the other employees had lost the card earlier that day. I told him that I was not comfortable renting a car with no gas (the office was in a not so great neighborhood and it was getting dark), and that I wanted him to accompany me to a gas station several minutes down the road from the Enterprise office so that the car could be fueled. Off we went, with the office manager calling Wayne on his phone every couple of minutes. Wayne told me that she was «upset», because she wanted to leave the office! When we arrived back at the office, the manager was already in her car in the driveway. Wayne handed her some paperwork through the car window, and she took off like a bat out of hell, engine revved and tires screeching. I have never seen unprofessional behavior like this in my many years of renting vehicles! My Nissan had a keyless ignition switch that I didn’t know how to operate. Wayne took the time to show me how to use it before leaving the office himself. Thankfully there were no maintenance issues during my rental period, although my confidence in Enterprise has been badly shaken. The interior of the car had not been vacuumed. When I returned the car on 9÷24÷2015, Management Trainee Lamar Powell handled my checkout in a very friendly and efficient manner. Although this office has some good people, management sets the tone. Some serious overhaul is needed at this location.

I rented a car via my insurance company, and it was a very pleasant experience. They had a wide selection of cars, and I was allowed to sit behind the wheel of a few different models to judge which one I like the best. In fact, I was able to rent a hybrid! The staff were friendly and helpful, even giving me advice how to most easily maneuver around the maze of one-​way roads in their neck of the woods. If you need to rent a car in West Orange, I’d strongly consider Enterprise among your selections.
