This review is strictly for phone contact… I called this evening to find out if they had a certain(CVS brand) item in stock, since my husband would then pick it up on his way home from work. I specifically spoke to the manager and he was very pleasant, plus he had a good sense of humor. It turned out they didn’t have the item — and as an aside, the manager sounded just like Bill Murray.

Slow customer service and a poor overall job. Specifically asked for a name brand medication. Told me it was out of stock. Told me they’d order it and it would be available in a day or two. Went to pick it up and they swapped in a generic. Why the special order? Pretty incompetent. The register is often understaffed, leading to longer than necessary lines.
