Absolutely horrible. They have tie ups with local hotels and hence are the only option. Driver shows up without credit card reader and cash for tolls. Driver has no idea where I want to go. Nobody told him I needed to go to the airport. I had asked for a credit card reader but they decided to ignore my request. Then the driver tells me to go to an ATM and withdraw money, at 5AM. Terrible start to my morning. On top of all that, the company charges a premium. Had Über been available I’d be better off. Never again will I use this taxi service.
