Burger King

This is the slowest fast food restaurant E-​V-​E-​R! I’ve waited over 20 minutes in the drive-​thru several times (silly me) but I’ve had it with this BK! The employees are nice but they’re slow as molasses! The food is never really that hot so I’m not sure what they’re doing in there. Never go there if you’re in a rush…

Standard fast food in the area. Never great but never bad. Service is neither great not bad.

This Burger King is dirty, soda are a real mess garbage on floor. After repeating order 3 times got it right but cold salty fries. My thought go anywhere else.

Not too much to say. I dined in as opposed to drive through which seems to be a common complaint with this location based on other reviews. The drive thru was noticeably more busy too, there were maybe 3 other people inside. The inside of this burger king is is nice in size with plenty of seats. the cheeseburger I got was ok, small. Chicken nuggets were ok. The crew people were nice and the food came fast.

Slowest «fast» food place i’ve ever been to sat in drive thru for over 10 min and I was the third car from the window.

Forget it, this BK takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get a Whopper Jr meal waiting on the inside and at least 15 minutes in the drive through.
Burgers and fries are cold.

If you’re getting something to go, order inside! I waited nearly 20 minutes just for my order at the drive thru. No apology or anything. It only had two employees! Go to the one on Pompton Ave in Cedar Grove. I won’t be back at this location

Every now and then I need a Whopper, this location seems to consistently cook theirs to order (other BKs that I go to fish a precooked patty out of a plastic tray and throw it on the bun).

Again, I can’t believe I’m reviewing a fast food chain.
But I just had to.
I went here on Thursday. Ordered inside. Waited like… idk maybe 10 minutes for my not-​so-​fast food. Clearly, this place was having a problem. We weren’t the only ones waiting. About 6 other customers were all standing around waiting.
The people working kept being like «ohh you’re still waiting for your _​_​_​_​_​?» to everyone. Like, yes, thats exactly why we are all standing here staring at you guys. Duh.
Not to mention there were about 8 employees. What the hell were they doing?
Look, I’m not expecting 5-​star service, but come on– what’s the problem?
I also had to repeat my order like 3 times to the guy taking my order because he kept looking around and talking and not paying attention and then would be like ‘uh oh wait what did you order?‘
While waiting for my slowwwww food, I saw a sign that said this weekend they were having a $ 1 special on chicken strips. So, when I passed the BK this weekend I went there to order the $ 1 special. The girl working the drive-​thru window was like no… we don’t have any special like that… no…
I had to go inside to see whether or not I was crazy… just to check… and yep, the sign was still there saying that day’s date and the $ 1 special.
