I don’t believe the guy there is qualified to touch any kind of wrist watch. I should have check the reviews of the other customers who went there. That jackass broke my watch.

Stopped in to get a new wristband for my watch.
It was $ 20 for a small women’s watch! But I was desperate.
Within two days it had broken.
When I returned I found out I could not get a refund .or a store credit… but he was willing to give me a new band. (Because I had the receipt and insisted!)
HOWEVER, the choices they had were minimal. And the one I ended up with was $ 3 less than the original BUT no credit, no refund.
And all the Young «salesman» could say was maybe the owner could do something– but of course he wasn’t there. Really?
For it being a «watch» store which advertises for batteries, bands etc … They had nothing to choose from.
I would NOT recommend this place… nor will I ever go back.
I just hope this new band lasts a little longer for the $ 20!

The guy who works here is so rude! I asked him a simple question and he responded with a very hostile answer. Never coming here and would never recommend anyone to this business.
