Keith Magnus – Hillman Homes

Keith was recommended by a friend and wow, he was incredible! Like many people, we had grandiose expectations of what kind of house we wanted versus what we could afford. He helped us narrow down what our deal breakers were and opened our eyes to what the really important things were. (By the way, our biggest deal breaker ended up being the thing I love most about the house we bought) We saw homes from Shrewsbury to Billerica and he was knowledgeable about all of it. I never waited for a response to any question and he answered my texts and emails even while in the middle of a 20 mile run one day! He was incredibly flexible and often able to coordinate a showing within hours. Everyone he recommended from the mortgage company to the lawyer to the inspector — everyone was top notch and so so helpful! He took his time to guide is toward a sensible offer which helped us feel comfortable that we hadn’t over or under offered. We had a complicated loan process too and he helped us through every single step, sometimes multiple times. More importantly, he is such a genuinely nice guy, so patient and understanding. He made this experience so much easier and less stressful than it could have been. I seriously don’t know who else would have put up with my insane questions and baseless concerns. I would recommend him to ANYONE.
