Zero star, should’ve checked the Unilocal review before making my reservation. I’m waiting here for over an hour and they are still not showing up. Nobody has never ever answered the phone. They should not be in business.

I should Unilocal it first. My movers suppose to come at 3:30 but is 7 already, nobody come, and my storage will close at 8, I have no ideal what to do and cannot return my truck at this time

As others have said I wish I could give zero stars. We used these guys a couple years ago and they were great so I called to use them again.
I’m sitting here right now 2 hours after they were supposed to be here with a moving truck and no movers. I have called their number numerous times this morning to try and see if there’s an issue or they are just running late and no answer on their phone and no one has called me back.
This is piss poor service and when I called to try and find a last minute replacement the other company guessed right off the bat who bailed on us and said he has had to cover for them numerous times.
So I’m sitting here with a truck I have paid for and I can’t move this stuff by myself. What a joke. and it being the first of the month it’s not exactly easy to try and find replacement help last minute.

No stars. I would not recommend this moving service unless you want to spend some extra serious cash. Had them scheduled for 3 moves while refinishing wood floors. First move they were 6 hours late. Second move and they scratched newly refinished wood floors in multiple areas. They were to remove the furniture from the room so the floor could then be refinished AGAIN and they never showed or called to cancel. So, bottom line, unless you want to pay for extra moves and extra floor refinishing, hire someone else.
