Sainath Eyebrow

I never leave negative reviews but this place deserves one. The ladies are always in a rush to get your eyebrows done because it’s like a race to try to do as many girls’ eyebrows as they can to make tips. Since I saw this happening I stopped going on Saturdays. Not to mention last time I was there on a Saturday the lady was in such a rush she cut my skin under my eyebrow and I was bleeding. Today I told the lady ‘please clean up only I like them thick’. Well one eyebrow is half the size of the other. She took off a whole chunk from under one eyebrow so that it is so thin and when I told her how they look like eyebrows from two different people, she just laughed and offered to make my nice eyebrow that was thick thinner to match the other thin one. I told her that I didn’t want thin eyebrows in the first place and that’s why I told her to only clean them up. I was nice enough to say thanks and gave her my money and she walked away… No ‘sorry’ not even a ‘you’re welcome’. I was more than nice to even say thank you to someone after growing out my eyebrows for 4 months to then have someone ruin them. Also in the past they’ve shortened my eyebrows by threading the ends off so that they don’t appear as long. Why? The point is to have long eyebrows. These people don’t know what customer service is– they’re always rushing and rude. The place smelled like someone had peed all over the floor today too. So not worth it. Even though I’ve been going for 2 and a half years, I will not be a customer anymore. I showed my friend my eyebrows and she’s not going back either because that’s how different they look. Never going back.

To me getting my eyebrows done is just like getting a haircut, you just can’t trust anyone with it!
Which is why this is the only place I come to get my eyebrows done. I’ve tried a few different places, including waxing. This by far has met my brow expectations, haha.
The only downside is that apparently I am not the only one who loves this place so I always find myself waiting because yes it is usually always busy. I always know to give myself plenty of time especially since parking isn’t the greatest either. (Make sure you bring quarters for the meter) Did I mention its only $ 5, yes thats another reason why I don’t mind waiting. They do a great job and no one can beat that price. I am not sure if they accept cards since I always pay cash and see everyone paying with cash as well. While waiting I’ve also noticed that they have someone there who cuts & styles hair. Not too sure about that service since I only come here for my brows but I’m sure if its anything like the service they provide for my eyebrows it must be good.

I just got back from this place, after a threading session… with uneven eyebrows! I’m not kidding! One eyebrow was visibly longer than the other one. I didn’t quite notice it in the salon, because this is something I have never come across or could ever expect! I’ve been to this place many a times. And found it okay. Pricing is great at $ 8 for eyebrows and upper lips. But the customer service was never satisfactory. And then the service became so bad the last two times. The lady who did the threading last time had a very rude and hostile demeanor. But at least the threading she did was good! And today, this other girl, her attitude too was just not acceptable. And she did a horrible job! I asked for a cleanup to make sure the thickness of my brows wouldn’t be reduced in any way. But she just went ahead and made them so thin. And not just that, made the two brows actually look visibly different! I managed to tweeze a little, just so that the brows could look at least a tad similar! And don’t even think about getting parking here! It’s always jam-​packed! Never given such a bad rating to any business! Spare your brows and please visit elsewhere.
