If I could rate this zero stars, I would! Horrible experience for myself and my baby sister. I wish I would have read the BAD reviews on here and google before stepping foot in this place. I went in to get new glasses as my old ones were… Well, old. The same with my sister — she needed the glasses more than I. 2 to 3 weeks to get an appointment? Whoa! Whatever, we waited. We got in at the time for our appointment and we didn’t wait too long for the exams. We were supposed to get our glasses within 2 weeks. WRONG. My dad went to go pick them up. And, here is when the problems started… 1) starting with me: I got my glasses, all right. However, they got a scratch on the side of the lens as if someone passed a knife through them. It was crooked when I fit them on my face. Oh, and the cherry on top? THEYWERETHEWRONGPRESCRIPTION. I couldn’t see squat! Instead of helping me out, they were all, «This is what happens when you don’t come in and try them on yourself.» Excuse me, princess, not everyone has time. I am away at college and by the time I get out it’s closing time. They offered no help and I made SURE my insurance didn’t pay them a dime! I will now have to pay out of POCKET to get new glasses and an eye exam. 2) with my baby sister: the glasses were NOWHERE to be found. Guess what their ‘excuse’ was? «She(my sister) must have picked them up! See, it’s noted in the paper that she picked them up.» How, lady? My sister is 16 and goes to class and comes straight home EVERYDAY. Why not say the truth and say that you misplaced them? That maybe you lost them? «Oh I can call the insurance and ask to cover them again.» That’s it. No other explanation. Then a man calls my phone claiming that the glasses that I PICKEDOUTWITHMYHANDS were my sisters. What?! We picked out TWODIFFERENTGLASSES. Unbelievable. The workers are incompetent with the nastiest attitudes and I want EVERYONE to know not to come here. They treated not only my sister and I with no courtesy, but gave my father(an elderly person, mind you) the most ugliest attitude and unprofessionalism that he has EVER encountered. AND, that’s saying something as it takes my dad a whole lot to make him angry. Save yourself time. Go to the other eye store somewhere else around this town. It isn’t worth it.

Morganstein Eye Association robs people out of their money!!! Even if you have insurance to cover it they will find a way to steal money. Let me tell you how bad morganstein is… they take so many vacations off that lasts about a month… i mean company only does that when they have a lot of money OH! Wait i forgot… they rob people… and whenever a person is in need to get glasses or contacts they are never there. When you need refills it’s either an excuse saying oh the prescription expired or you need to make an appointment for it. I asked for the prescription to take it somewhere else to buy them because I needed them ASAP and of course the lady refused to give me. Idk what’s the big fuss for giving me a damned prescription with my eye visions like it doesn’t costs a lot or does it… either way they like to confuse people and i like to get my stuff and know things straight to the point. GETTINGNEWGLASSESEVERYYEAR. Every year is the same thing when you get checked it takes like almost two weeks for a new pair of glasses to come in and its frustrating… I have a lot more to say about the negativity of this place but just thinking about the damn company gives me a headache for how they do their job and steal money. Oh btw making an appointment for contacts that’s separate costs about $ 95JUSTONLYTHEEXAMITSELF plus buying the contacts are like $ 60-$ 80 each box so getting two will range to $ 120−160…which sucks even more if you have two different eyesights… SOYEAH… SCREWYOUMORGANSTEINIMNOTGOINGTOCOMEBACK… EVER!!! GONNAFIND A NEWPLACETHATWONTLIETOMEORROBMYMONEYSOYOUJUSTLOST A CUSTOMER… bye Felicia…

Today I called the office to obtain information regarding contact lens exams, as it was recommended by a colleague that lives in the immediate area. I unfortunately had the the displeasure of speaking to what I can only gather was the receptionist or front desk assistant. Unlike most people she may have previously encountered, I require an explanation of what a specific exam entails, with details providing that I’m a potential new client. I’m not well informed on what requires a full contact exam, and politely asked her for a more in-depth explanation. Her customer service was very condescending and lacking in hospitality. The woman exclaimed with much disdain that I should use a dictionary, and to call any other optometrist — I had no business with them. I will not be recommending this facility to anyone due to this. It’s a very unfortunate matter.
