The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because of the nice and friendly receptionist. I took my 2 year old here and had a bad experience. Upon the first few seconds of encountering my toddler in the hallway, (our first meeting with the dentist, ever) he yanked a cheap plastic cup very roughly out of her hands while terrifying her and saying to me «can you watch her please!?» Umm excuse me, after waiting an hour in the waiting room to finally be called in to wait inside for another half hour, of my my 2 year old is going to be anxious and I thought I was doing a good thing by keeping her calm by letting her play with a stupid plastic cup. Finally when it was our turn to be seen he didn’t even take the the time for apologizing for how he spoke to us, or to even take some time to get to know us, or make my daughter feel more comfortable with him. He just went straight to her mouth, roughly checked and flossed and was out quickly after that. I changed dentists asap. Even though it’s farther away it’s worth it to go to someone nice to my daughter.
