Logan’s Roadhouse, Constitution Drive Monroe Louisiana. I wish there were ratings that are appropriate for this suppose to be restaurant. I spent the weekend at the comfort hotel about 100 yards from the restaurant. I went in around 6:30 for dinner. I ordered a beer and the bartender asked if I would like rolls and I said yes. I ordered the salmon baked potato and Brooklyn. The meal came before the rolls the salmon was good the bed of rice was about 2 table spoons the baked potato was very small and the brocket was very good. When the rolls FINALY came I started eating them and the waitress took my plate and my rolls. I did not see a smile or friendly fester from anyone who was employed there. I have never walked into a Texas Road House and not got the best of everything including tools as soon as I sat down. My waitress(bartender) was some where else at Texas road house I get smiles conversation and pleasant experiences not a bunch of I don’t care don’t want to be here sad sacks. Back to Texas Road House I go good bye Logan’s on a 1 – 10 rating I give you a minus 10. I have been in business for myself go over 40 years. I would fire the entire serving crew and especially the manager on duty and rehire people who really want to work and take pride in what they do at work. We took the entire family here tonight for dinner. Corey was our waiter and he was awesome! We received baskets of rolls first and as soon as they were all gone, he brought out more. It was a party of 9 which includea a baby. Corey was on it with keeping drinks refilled and checking on us. Everyone enjoyed their meal, the only reason they get a 4 star instead of 5 is because my husband’s prime rib was burnt on the outside. But other than that, the food was delish!!! Thank you Corey for making our last night in West Monroe’s dinner with family so pleasant.

This was my favorite steakhouse until 6−11−16. I rarely complain and surly never return my food to the kitchen. With that said $ 115 was the worst meal ever… First 15 minutes later after being seated we get our drinks. No rolls ever made it to our table even after 3 quotes requested times. Well done steak oozed blood onto plate and yes he sent it back. I cut into my steak and there was a hair on my plate. I was hmm maybe it’s just a thread of caramelization from the grill. So I push it to the side to investigate and nope a hair. So I just lay everything down and my family continues to eat their meal. They weren’t even aware of the situation. Still no rolls so waitress comes by I ask for a small plate and new silverware and she ask was there something wrong I simply pointed to the hair and quietly tell her. Not to bring attention to the situation. She snatched up my plate and returns to slam down my clean silverware and clean plate. Again my husband ask for rolls, he got them however it was eye roll not yeast rolls. There was another waitress 2 booths over how yelled loudly«thank you very much«about the $ 2 tip that an edema lady whom she only went to her table once during our 60 minute encounter. The waitress for our table slams another steak down in front of me and I was may I please have a to go box. She huffed and returned with a to go box and our $ 100 ticket. The hair on my plate was not her doing. Her attitude and services was all her. She got her 15% tip. I can honestly say I was very disappointed and as much as I have loved LOGANS my family and I will not be returning.

My wife and I went for a quick dinner and were completely disappointed. Our appetizer came out burnt after waiting 18 minutes for it. Food was like warm and just had very little flavor. My burger and her steak were overcooked, possibly due to sitting under a heat lamp after we waited 40 minutes for our food after the appetizer. Our server was talking to his friends at the bar the whole time and was no where to be found when we needed him, but when we had everything he checked on us every minute… which gets very annoying after the 5th time during the same course of the meal. Never saw a manager once to give my opinion. We won’t be going here again when Texas Roadhouse is around the corner.

One star for the food and service… Wish I could give 0 stars. First it took forever for our drinks… Finally get them place our order which me and my husband ordered steak I got mine medium rare and my husband got medium… Again it took long to get and when we did get it it was cool well. We sent it back and I usually don’t do that but I couldn’t eat a near ruined filet so I did… And sure enough he came back with it cooked perfect but omg when I took a bite the flavor was like chemicals… Guess the cooks weren’t happy with us… We both left our whole plate not eaten and still had to pay for it! Never again would I go there and don’t recommend anyone waste there time! Go to Texas road house it’s packed for a reason… Quality food and service!

Totally a one star place. Would give a negative scoring if I could. I have never been to this chain before, and after this visit I shall never return. Order their 12 oz New York strip, and it looked nothing like a strip looks like. I asked for it to be medium rare. It arrived raw. So, I sent it back. Thinking it would be a new steak since medium rare doesn’t take long to cook, they decided to take my entire plate potato and all to the kitchen to reheat in the microwave(I could tell it was microwaved since the entire plate was hot, and it was only gone for a minute and a half — very callow and low down if you ask me). It removed all the flavoring and ruined my potato, making it a watery, soggy heap. I could believe it. How low and dirty is this move by management since I was told this task was performed by the manager. Then their were the bathrooms. Very unclean. Very disgusting. My daughter came out disgusted stating the filthiness had blood all over one of the women’s stall. If the state of bathroom is any illustration of how reputable this establish is, it truly shows you shouldn’t eat where you _______. I can only say to pay heed to the other reviews and tips that state to avoid and stay clear of this. The management and food is poor quality.

Okay, let me start by saying that I know exactly what to expect when I eat at Logan’s. Inexpensive family meals with friendly service… What we got was terrible service. Our server was very pleasant but couldn’t get our order correct. After we made sure he got everything right. He left. When he brought our Drinks out he brought wrong items. Explained that we had wrong items he left and brought back new versions of what he just took away! Food eventually arrived at the table and was no longer warm. But we decided it wasn’t worth the trouble so we kept it. After our meal we asked for the bill and after waiting for 17 minutes(yes I timed it) he finally brought our bill and walked away. Even after he saw me immediately put my credit card down on the bill. He came back 11 minutea later and picked up the credit card to process our payment. Now let me also say that the restaurant was not busy at all. So we were confussed as to the terrible service.

Let me start by saying I am so DISAPPOINTED with my meal I just received. I called Logans wanting a great early valentine’s day lunch with my fiancé. I ordered him the porterhouse and ordered myself the Logan. When I returned to work with our food, my stake, that I ordered medium well, was completely bloody so therefore I let my co-worker have. And my fiancé s stake is so tough his back hurts from trying to cut through it. The stakes are cold, the sides are cold, and I probably won’t be returning anytime soon.

My wife and I went here on 8−17−14, a Sunday around 5:30. We were seated quick by a rude waitress claiming the huge round booth that was still dirty was all that was available even after walking past clean and empty booths. We waited for over 10 minutes before finally leaving. We never saw a waitress/waiter. Didn’t even get to order drinks. As we left, I looked for the hostess or a manager and was unable to locate anyone.

Evidently the key to good service and good here is to sit at the bar on a weekday after 8. My bartender/server Jesse was sweet as pie, polite as could be and checked on me constantly. I don’t think I’ve ever been called ma’am more in my life and he was never less than happy and enthusiastic. HH drinks were tasty and appropriately priced. The Health Nut menu was awesome and still tasty. Yay tilapia. I would definitely come back!

I think the kitchen needs new staff. The salad and ‘fresh’ rolls were good. Our food took quite awhile. My steak and lobster looked dry. I stuck my finger in the lobster, it was luke warm. I’m no lobster expert but the one served to me was chewy and bland. The steak was chewy, tough, unseasoned, and burnt. My husband ate his slab of beef. The manager took my food off the bill and took my food away. The people next to us returned some of their food too. This place is not worth the money or possible gastric distress. I expect more when dining out. Not slop.

Please avoid this place. The service is horrible. Seriously, I would feel bad if my review did not convince you to stay away from it. FIRST, I ordered unsweet tea. They brought me sweet tea twice. Now this may not seem like a big deal, but the tea was SO sweet that it made me thirsty. I should have left then. Second, they never brought us peanuts. We had to get up and get them. Imagine, everyone else munching happily away while we grow listless and weak from lack of peanuts. Third, we didn’t order any beer, yet somehow it appeared on our table and the server plunked one down in front of my son who was clearly not drinking age. Fourth, I ordered a New York Strip medium well and my husband ordered a porterhouse well done. My daughter, some chicken. The other kids ordered burgers. My husband and I were both given charred ribeyes, and my daughters chicken was pink. We said no thanks, and left. It was a nightmare, and I’m glad we were unable to eat, because I most certainly was in no mood to pay. What kind of roadhouse sells steak and doesnt know the cut of meat?

This place needs corporate office review. Undercover boss could have a field day with this in how not to run a business. Manager stated paper ran out and kitchen was not getting tickets. Waited 45 minutes for good and watched many families walk out because of delay. The restaurant was unclean and bathrooms were nasty. Employees running their hands thru their unkept hair. Girls had their hair kept pulled back but two male employees did not. They actually would take their hats off when entering kitchen shaking their heads. We will never return to this Logan’s and hope corporate does !

This particular location was very busy on this Saturday. The hostess was enjoyable and accurate with the wait estimate for our table. Our waiter was friendly and knew the menu quite well. He made a couple of good suggestions for the meal. The meal was brought out in a timely matter conceding the restaurant was completely full(more later). Logan’s did a great job cooking the steaks, which you would expect. The whole medium verse medium-well thing, they got it right. The steak cuts were seasoned well, juicy, and tender with very little fat. Plus they served large potatoes; there’s nothing worst then getting a good steak and then a small baked potato. An assortment of chain steakhouses are really bad about doing this. My dad’s order did have one of the sides missing and it took awhile before getting our server’s attention and getting the missing side to the table. By the time it arrived I was nearly finished and so was my dad. It’s very annoying to have something you order come out 30 minutes from the time you start eating. On the plus side, our server didn’t charge for the side. The restaurant appeared under staffed for the holiday(Valentine’s) weekend. Our section only had two wait staff for about 10 tables, mostly large parties. It did take awhile to receive the bill and pay for dinner. I will say our waiter did a really good job of trying to keep up with everything around him and us.

I only had one beer here so i will give it a 3 star rating because i cant critique the food. I was traveling for business by myself and was looking for a dinner at a place suitable for this occasion. I was OK with the menu and pricing but the environment turned me away. The entire staff seemed very young including the bartender which is a vital position for solo diners! The bar was empty and there was no conversation offered which I thought was weird since he didn’t have anything else to attend to. I went down the street to a familiar Outback Steakhouse where the food was to be expected, there was life at the bar, and the bartender talked.

Ugh. Definitely find another local spot a couple of miles north of 20. Not sure why we stopped here, but overpriced and food wasn’t good. Ordered the premium steak and think«premium» meant«tough» in Logan-speak.
