I found this place in the Coupon Clipper Magazine. I needed someone to take a look at my home air conditioning system and take care of a problem I was having. I called and immediately had a real person answer the phone (always a plus) and was notified I’d have to wait until the end of the week as the owner wanted to get everyone taken care of that had no AC thru the heat wave. It was REALLY hot so I can understand that.
The guy came over within the 2 hour window I was given and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He crawled into my tiny attic to diagnose the problem and went ahead and drove down to the strip district to replace the filter. He spent 3 – 4 hours working and didn’t charge me for labor the entire time as he had to drive to/​from the strip district. Really nice and offered tips on how to better use my AC in order to cut down on my monthly electric bill. He also offered a great deal on having my filter replaced every year and even offered to show me how to do it on my own in case I’d rather change the filter myself.
If you want to learn more about your AC, make sure it’s running correctly, not feel ripped off, and not feel pressured into buying unnecessary things then I would give these guys a call.
