Not only did it take a long time to get me in, the staff was cold. Thank goodness they were playing reruns of Grey’s in the waiting area because otherwise I would have been way more crabby. Pretty sure for a busy time they should have had more than one person working. Not impressed!

Kind of a wierd set up, but you’ll be in and out really quickly! Just don’t expect to become fast friends with the staff – they’re here to do work and get you the hell out of there! I went here for a «wellness screening»(AKA: to have blood withdrawn) for my insurance. When you enter, the first thing you notice is how miserable the people waiting in the waiting room look… Then you notice that the 92.9FM soft rock on the clock radio is waaaaaay too loud for a waiting room! lol I signed in and had an appointment and could see that those waiting were walk-ins, according to what they indicated on the sign in sheet. I sat for just a few extra minutes, no biggie before getting called back. My appointment was at 10, and I was called back at about 10:08ish. The woman that brought me back was a b***** initially, but then was nice(and thank god, because she was about to stick a needle in my arm!!!). I give blood frequently and this girl that jabbed me did a very nice job! Quick needle placement and I was seriously in and out of her office in about 5 minutes. I was in my car by 10:19 with an appointment for 10! Not too bad! Overall, I give them 100% for ease and speed they get a 70% for friendliness of staff 100% for doing the phlebotomy functions well! and the waiting area and overall«feel and look» of the place is sadly a 65%(possibly less – its very«old» feeling) Would I go there again for a similar screening… Hell Yes! I’d be done and on with my day in no time with little hassle/effort!
