Fully equipped kitchen? Bare cupboards and not even a coffee pot, unless you go down to the front desk and schlep everything up yourself. The whole place is bare-bones… minimal decoration, cheap towels, shampoo but no conditioner… you get the picture. Breakfast is a total joke, not even worth going downstairs for. They offer granola bars, instant cereal(but no bowls), coffee(only chemical creamer) and waxy-looking fruit. No tables, no chairs. The day I was there, it snowed. When I mentioned to the desk clerk that nothing had been shoveled, she said she was the only staff person in the hotel and she hadn’t had time yet. What kind of hotel has ONE person on duty on a weekend morning? It IS clean and the desk clerks do the best they can, but whoever makes corporate policy for this place needs a lesson in hospitality. BTW, I so NO other guests while I was there – I got the room through Priceline, and even at a discount, I paid too much.

This is the most basic extended stay hotel. There is no breakfast or coffee in the lobby, there are only a handful of tv channels and no dishwasher in the kitchen. It’s clean and spacious so I did give it 2 stars, but I wouldn’t stay here again. One thing that was irritating was the fact that the hotel was under construction from 8 – 6 everyday while they renovated, but they never mentioned it when we made the reservation. Not a fun surprise.
