Worst service ever. We have been in this McDonald’s a couple of times and all the employee’s are super snobby and had attitudes. None of the employees didn’t have any personality and were not friendly. Will not be going back to this McDonald’s

Worst service ever walked right out, the manager seemed racists or hates her job. I come in with my family to eat first time ever she greets us with an attitude like what we doing here I proceed to order she doesn’t take my order and makes smart comments like I’m an idiot that never been to McDonald’s before anyway you need a new helpful person representing your business.

I was searching for a section on this site to provide McDonald with customer feedback. I just came home from the McDonalds located on 235 Palm Bay Rd NE Melbourne, FL. I went through the drive thru to order two McChickens with sub leaf lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and no mayonnaise. The lady taking the order at the window today, Friday, between 12:20 — 12:30am had difficulties entering my order and I overheard her making comments such as «Ugh, this order! or «Ugh, this lady!» something to that extent. When I said, «I’m sorry?» She replied, «I am going to just clear this and ring it up again.» For some reason, I think my order was a bit challenging for her, so I replied, «I am just going to go to another McDonald, thank you.» I understand some orders might not be as simple as others; but, I believe there is a way of muting the microphone to avoid the customer hearing the staff’s comments, complaints, or frustration. The reason I left was because I thought if my order was challenging to enter into the system, I was more than likely going to receive the wrong order and then I would have cancelled the order and my time at McDonald would have been wasted. Ultimately, I did not go to the other McDonald. Prior to going to this location, I had gone to Starbucks and had a nice experience. The staff tried to sell me something to eat; but, I declined, as I wanted to go to McDonald to have my McChicken. Needless to say, I should have gotten something at Starbucks with the nice staff. How many more customers would McDonald have by providing better customer service? Personally, I like McDonald’s food; however, I do not go as often as I would like as a result of the customer service at times. This location should learn from other franchises with better customer service. Ultimately, staff performance is a reflection of team leaders and store managers.
