What a great shop and a promoter of guitar and music! Also known as William Jenks Guitar Studio. The shop has some wonderful classical guitars made by great local luthiers. The owner and guitarist William is so friendly and helpful. I had a really educational and fun visit to the shop. The shop/​organization also hosts a series of guitar recitals at the shop and other venues in the area. You can also take lessons there.
Definitely check this place out if you’re looking for fine guitars and recitals in greater Portland area. For the amount of money you’re thinking about spending at a national chain, chances are you’ll find a much higher quality guitar here.
