As fantastic as my endodontist is (the nearby Dr. Welk), it’s still not so much fun to go. A treat, a bribe, an enticement is needed to get me there and happy after.
How about a shiny new bottle of liquor?
Like gems in every color and shape, but cheaper than diamonds and rubies, some new interesting elixir is the perfect promise to myself.
Cascade Summit Liquor Store is conveniently located in one of West Linn’s busy business areas. It’s easy to do all your errands and pick up some apple blossom gin (ok, ok, maybe just ordinary gin). Browseable aisles, friendly staff, and great selection too!

Although it is too bad I no longer drink the stuff because they have a funny display with a Jäger shark and they’ll sell it to you chilled. I suppose in case you are having a Jäger emergency and need to drink it cold right away.
This store is very clean and well ordered. The staff is nice and they are just a few doors down from Safeway. They also have a humidor and sell cigars if you want to puff and sip. Until Oregon wises up and lets you buy your alcohol at the grocery store, this is my best local option.
