Action gutter cleaning did a incredible job on our property in Troutdale. My mother and I have two homes that we needed multiple things completed. We had yard debris that needed to be picked up and several out buildings that needed moss care and gutters to be cleaned. My Name is Johnny from JMI we used Action Window & Gutter Cleaning to clean our office and there crew did not miss a beat. They were clean cut, very professional and boy the windows were so clean a day later I walked right into a sliding glass door thinking it was open because the were so clean. I highly recommend them.

When we bought our house last year, the previous owners had Action Window and Gutter Cleaning clean the clogged and overflowing gutters. They did clean the gutters but they missed doing the downspouts, which caused the gutters to continue to overflow, so we to unclogged them ourselves.
Fast forward a year, the gutters are clogged again, we thought we’d give Action another chance. I tried to contact them via email and their web site, but no luck, so I called their office. Ended up talking to them a couple of times and both people I talked to were very very friendly and were able to schedule the gutter/​downspout cleaning for the same week.
So their crew comes out to do the work. They spent a fair amount of time swearing quite loudly, which in my mind is unprofessional. They also used our hose and left it scattered around, and left the back gate open, fortunately the dog didn’t escape. I don’t know if they actually cleaned the gutters and downspouts, it’s raining this weekend so I’ll find out soon enough. If they didn’t, they won’t get paid. I won’t be using them again.
