They have an excellent selection of flavored oils and vinegars all available for sampling. They also offer other grocery items like dried pasta. I tried many of their flavored balsamic oils and liked most of them but only ended up buying their maple one. I was limited in what I’d be able to carry with me on the flight back, otherwise I would have purchased more. They’re definitely more on the expensive side though not any more so than the average infused oil and vinegar shops elsewhere. A large 16.9 ounce bottle of balsamic is going to cost around $ 30 but a little goes a long way so in my opinion it’s worth having some around for special occasions. Simply put, the oil and vinegars here are in a whole league of their own compared to what you can buy in a regular grocery store.

The selection and product should really receive 5 stars, but the service was a disaster. The owner(?) had a toddler running around the store, who at one point stuck his fingers in a sample cup I was pouring for myself and then grabbed it from me. The woman quickly replaced it, but this behavior is a health concern. Throughout the rest of my visit, the toddler interrupted every time I tried to get the owner’s attention or ask a question. The owner and her child made me feel like I was intruding on their living room by trying to buy something. I was the only one in there and it was a struggle to maintain the woman’s attention. I can only guess at why the child needed to be there, and I can try to be sympathetic, but this is a food store with open tasting, and the product is not in any way geared toward children. I was very frustrated and a bit grossed out. If I had not wanted the truffle olive oil so badly, I would have made my opinion known right there. The priorities of the owner and behavior of the child were completely inappropriate. To top things off, when I got home, I realized I had been given the wrong order(ordered one bottle of black truffle oil and one bottle of white; given two bottles of white). This, presumably, was due to the owner’s continual distraction. At least the white truffle oil is the more expensive of the two.

I’m so excited to see gorgeous specialty foods coming to the Upper Valley. Infuse Me has an extensive assortment of olive oils and vinegars, all able to taste. They also have salts, some prepared foods, and Papardelle dried pastas, which I’ve only ever seen in Los Angeles before. And that selection includes gluten free gourmet pasta. Very cool. The women are lovely and helpful and I hope they do brilliantly! Bringing some flavor to the area.
