I gave them one Star cause you can’t give 0. This establishment is terrible. The people that work there are not the brightest and mess up my order every time. I would order a wake up wrap and get two glazed donuts. It became a pattern and if Panera wasn’t so darn expensive I would have stopped going there. Last time I ordered a bagel toasted. Got all the way to work and my bagel was not cooked! Took the time to drive back and they argued with me instead of just toasting the Damn bagel!

Least friendly cashier ever. The coffee was fine, but I’ve rarely come across a cashier who had a disdain for being in front of customers. Her outward lack of caring was almost impressive

Usually always get my order wrong and staff is rude. I went a few weeks ago and the girl working was on her cell phone at the drive through window while I watched my coffee sit at the window. She couldn’t even hand it to me because she was too busy. I will avoid that Dunkin until they improve.

My friends and I went on a road trip to Mt. Washington, along the way we stopped by here. Extremely long wait for sloppy food. Bad service. Dirty tables and floors.

I usually stop here on my drive up to Montréal. It’s a relatively clean location, but the service has consistently been just awful. Slow and unfriendly… but the amount of time I spend there (which is about 5 minutes every 3 – 6 months), I can’t get too bent out of shape about it.

This dunks is nice and clean. But sadly, West Lebanon, your dunks just don’t have the turn around time that the Boston Dunk’s do. The service here was super slow. Maybe that flies in Labanon, but around in parts, service is the deciding factor in which dunks you go to.
Speed it up, at like you want the business.
