I started seeing BB for facials in 2010. I had horrible skin with frequent cystic breakouts that were painful and embarrassing. Within 6 months my skin was completely under control and BB made sure that all of the products and treatments were within my budget (I’m a college student).
On top of the quick and wonderful results, BB is a caring woman who creates a very warm and inviting environment for all of her clients. The center itself is also very relaxing from the second you step in. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin care, and I hope she never stops giving facials because I really don’t know what I’d do without her!

As a medical student I’m very skeptical of skin care products and their claims. Since cosmetics are not FDA regulated a lot of the creams and products out there make false claims and show little results. I came across BB about a year ago when my fiancé booked me a facial her. I was really impressed with her products, but being a student I decided to hold off on the skin care line until I had a little more money in my pocket. With my wedding coming up in few months and my skin looking worse than ever I decided it was needed and now. I didn’t just jump into it, I had done my research and decided this was line I wanted to use. She tailored the plan just to my skin, and her products are top of the line. I also found that while a hundred dollars here and there for skin care seems like a lot, when I considered all the waste I save from not buying numerous other products that don’t work anyways it’s really a deal. As for results, my skin has never looked better. It’s brighter, the dark spot have faded, and it’s as smooth as a baby’s bottom! I’m only 29, but people used to think I was in my mid thirties. Now when I tell people I’m 29 they are surprised and tell me I look much younger. The other day someone told me they would have thought 24 or 25. I don’t know how BB does it, but she is truly a miracle worker! Oh and did I mention how sweet and kind she is?!

I’ve been going to New Alternative for years now, and I am a big fan. As a teenager and into my early 20s, I had cystic acne and lots of scarring. Over the years, BB’s helped me reduce the appearance of the scars, and my skin very rarely breaks out anymore. I suppose some of the reduction in breakouts can be attributed to changes in my health and age, but the reduction in scarring is pretty incontrovertibly her doing.
Just about everything she uses smells good enough to eat, she is incredibly gentle and attentive, and while she has excellent products she doesn’t force them on you. I love getting facials from her, and I plan on going to her for my skincare for years to come.
