The Fairway Quiet Luxury

Stay away! First of all, apartment is just ordinary apartment, nothing special for that price, very expensive. Second of all, and most important, staff is very very very rude and unprofessional. They come to your apt and take pics without permission, don’t let you renew the lease before deadline, giving up your apt to someone else before your decision.

These apartments are clean and well-​maintained. The only issue I had when living there was the seeming disorganization in the office. About half the staff left/​was replaced and a lot of things were misplaced during that time. Overall good people and a nice place. Great 8ft deep pool!

Location is great, quality of the apartment is good, parking space is limited and small, the service and professionalism of the office staff is horrendously awful!!!
After moving out, we received a letter thinking that we would get a full return on the deposit, since we used the apartment to make sure we maintain it’s original condition and not to mention cleaned the unit spotless clean before we moved out, however to shock we were charged an extra amount that was equivalent to the original deposit amount of $ 200. We called over 5 times requesting for a call back but never received a call back and every single time you call they do NOT apologize for not returning your call. The office staff is EXTREMELY RUDE to the point that we came out shaking because of their unprofessional and condescending demeanor. I have lived in multiple condo complexes but never have I experienced this kind of behavior from people who are there to help you during your residency and after. It was upsetting to think of all the nice memories we had during our stay at Fairway had to be tainted because of the office staff. I believe when finding an apartment location, quality of apartment, and surrounding environment is important, but I also believe the service from the office staff is crucial as well. If you want to be disrespected from the office staff, Fairway is the place to be!
