BEWARE!
These people sold us what we were told was 2.5 lbs of «goat meat.» This was wrapped up, and when we later unwrapped it, the meat seemed and weighed so little… we were a bit suspicious.
I have a kitchen scale, and it turns out it was only 1.5 lbs.
But WAIT! IT GETS WORSE!
This wasn’t goat. Nope. It was BEEF. My wife is Hindu, she doesn’t eat beef. AND THE SHOPKEEPER KNOWS THAT, yet he sold us 1.5 lbs of beef claiming it was 2.5 lbs of goat.
DO. NOT. GO. HERE! If you want meat go to the Purdue Boilermakers Butcher Block instead, on State St. Not only are they cheaper (and they have *REAL* goat) but they don’t actually try to scam their customers. More than I can say for these thieves.
