This was my first visit and I will definitely be back. Normally my Girls are very nervous when we go have them groomed but with Tess they were super calm. She treated my 2 girls with lots of TLC! I highly recommend her. Give her try, you will not be disappointed!

The best reason to visit BIS is the only reason that matters: tess cares about animals. Im a teacher, so time is scarce. Tess made time for us on a day that suited me and when I got there, she gave me coffee and let me grade in her living room while she groomed all three of my pomeranians (talk about patient and efficient). She was courteous, professional, and sweet to my babies and to me and took on a tough challenge with my oldest boy who hates grooming and whose hair was downright unruly. She is thoroughly knowledgeable about breeds and gives awesome and current advice for pet owners free of charge.
Id recommend Tess and Best In Show to anyone who cares about their pets. Keep up the stellar work, Tess!
