Well now there’s five of us. I’ve tried and tried to work with this company and when I got frustrated or upset they were less than professional. It took them six days to return an email just about every time. I paid them $ 1,500 and not worth it. They gave me a business plan that was copied and pasted from the questionnaire I filled out, the entity paper work was a joke. I picked a name and they never checked to see if the name was in use. Because I was already unsure they were doing things appropriately I checked and sure enough the name I wanted was already being used by someone else. AND they never even did an organizational agreement. They have ripped me off for sure. I’ve not only lost the $ 1,500 that I paid them but I’ve lost several awesome opportunities to do events that would have given my business great exposure. I did dispute the charges through my Wells Fargo charge account but they didn’t look at the details, so they’re not going to reverse the charges. Now I’m going to call my attorney and see about suing them. I could have used those $ 1,500 towards the business. DON’T use this company, they are a scam!!!

I have to agree with whomever stated the jokes on us! This place is definitely a scam! And you can make that 4 of us with no results. Emails unanswered, telephone messages unanswered. Looks like we have all been dealing with the same 3 people, Robert, Carmen and James. The only reason I gave this business a star is because there wasn’t anything lower. It would appear that they have totally disappeared on me as well.
Since I live relatively close to their so called business address I will be making a visit there tomorrow, to further the fraud investigation. I will be surprised if the address isn’t just one of those virtual office spaces. All I can say is shame on me for getting duped. I hope these reviews spares others from getting duped right along with me.

Looks like the joke is on us. Three of us with no results. I have been working with this company for two months and ever since they received the final payment from me, they have not responded to my emails or voice mails. I wonder if they ever actually get anybody a loan. They did help me get a LLC but they said they would help me clear up my credit and so far, my credit has only gotten worse due to the fact I have no funding for my start-​up. I have been given the run around by Robert, Carmen, and James.

I’m not certain about this company. I want to recommend them, but I’ve had crappy customer service plus they haven’t completely fulfilled their financial obligations and have disappeared on me!
When I say that I want to recommend them… when you do talk to them voice to voice they are very nice and helpful. Professionalism in emails leave a lot to be desired and have a tone as if you’re being talked down to. They definitely beat to their own time-​line as well. I unfortunately started this process in January 2014 — for me and my bad timing is not the best time since I’m a Bookkeeper at that’s the start of the busy season for me.
At the time Robert assured me 2 to 3 weeks tops to get my funding so I went ahead with the process. I agree that at times I was not so easy to get a hold of, but I did return phone calls or emails within a 4 day period. Things were progressing, but it started rolling into March… and now it’s June! And no one is returning my calls or emails. I paid for the full service at $ 1,000, and they have their money but I don’t have any funding nor do I have my Limited Liability status… I’ve left about 4 voice mails and the same in emails if not more trying to get a response on where we are at within just the last 30 days.
I also strongly question the 2 people who have reviewed this company… are they real or plants? I’ve tried reaching out to Tiffany back in March and since then you can no longer email her and a new one was added from the same town!
Bottom line, I guess lesson learned from me! I spent $ 1,000 for a business plan and nothing else that was promised was delivered.
