On the recommendation of a business associate, we contacted James Pasley for an estimate to provide and install a complete new ducted HVAC system in our house. James was quick to come to our home and look around and make drawings of our floor plan with windows and doors and all the measurements. He inspected the basement to determine duct runs and advised us on electrical wiring requirements for the system he was going to quote. His price for the amount of work we thought was reasonable so we gave him to go ahead. While he couldn’t start immediately he stayed in contact to let us know how his schedule was progressing and when he would start. The system is up and running in 4 days and is doing great. James is also peculiar about cleaning up after his work. One thing that we discovered is that James is a down to earth honest guy that we trusted and did not worry at all having him in our home while we were out and about. That is important to us. We highly recommend James Pasley and his company. We enjoyed working with him.
