My wife went to this place for contact lens and an eye infection. They said they’d order her two sets of contact lens to try out and when she returned, she could see what was best for her. When she returned, they only had one set, so they convinced her she didn’t need to try the other set. Place was terrible, disorganized, and inefficient. No one in my family will ever go there again.

Terrific care

Years ago I had a small growth on my eyelid removed at this facility. The experience was a positive one. Now it has grown back and I made an appointment to have it removed at the same office even though I now live at least 45 minutes away. The appointment was made for 5:30 pm. It was an extremely foggy/​rainy night and I considered re-​scheduling but wanted to get it done. It took me an hour to get there. I waited in the waiting room for at least an hour until they turned off the TV in the waiting room and began turning off the lights. An assistant then asked me to move to a hallway to wait while the staff began getting ready to leave. She told me they were waiting to hear from the doctor (Dr Rabinovich). I asked if they were getting ready to close the office and she said yes. I told her I was not comfortable and left the office. I never received ANY kind of communication from them after this incident. No offer of apology or request for a re-​scheduled appointment. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behaviour by a doctor. I can’t imagine trusting these people with my eyes.

Good place to get your eyes examed. There are always alot of people there. Great, friendly staff
