This is my place for having customer packages shipped to. They notify me when a package arrives via email. Also great for a snack (like Snickers or Red Bull). Convenient for shipping Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS. Great place to buy stamps, mail letters. They can send faxes for me, or accept faxes and put them in my mailbox. If you like to eat, there’s a new coffee shop next door, an Italian restaurant 2 doors down (Marco’s) and several bars and eateries within short walking distance. Finally, they have friendly service here. Recommended!

I came here to get some poster tubes to mail home and some boxes for stuff that I bought at the record store to mail home so that I didn’t have to cross the boarder with the items. Very helpful person at the desk who re-​measured and assisted with my shipping options and dimensions. Treated my package with care which was appreciated.

When I moved to West Hollywood a few years ago, I looked for a place to get a mailbox that was close, had good hours, and could accept all packages, not just USPS but FedEx and UPS too, unlike some PO Boxes. I am SO thankful I found these guys. They are super nice, and they get to know everyone who has a mailbox with them, so when I walk in the door they automatically grab my mail and packages for me. They send an email whenever a package comes in for me which is amazing, and if you want to open your packages in the store, they’ll take the boxes off your hands so you don’t have to deal with them! I cannot say enough good things about these guys. If you need a mailbox, or even if you just want to ship something and prefer friendly and helpful service rather than what you usually get at mail/​shipping places, go here!!!

I am so relieved I found West Hollywood Mail over a year ago. They service my personal and business mail and handle everything so professionaly. The minute packages arrive for me, I receive notifcation immediately. They accept messenger service, drop offs etc which is so important for my business. They comunicate consistently when they know I am expecting something important. THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!! PLUS, they send my mail, my packages, box things, send them off without me having to wait etc etc etc!!! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Thanks guys for your service! I’d give you 10 stars if I could!

I’ve had a mailbox here for about five years. They used to be at the French Market but now they’ve moved about a block away and the new place is so cute — right by a coffee shop. These guys are so nice! This is a wonderful «permanent» address for me, and they accept packages. Never miss another FedEx again!
