Walker Zanger

It says a lot about a company who hires aggressive, volatile and abusive employees to represent them. I was unfortunate enough to cross paths with a driver who proceeded to exhibit vulgar and unnecessary behavior toward me on the road. He spat profanities at me out his window, screaming explicit insults towards me while making obscene hand gestures. It was so upsetting and there was nowhere for me to go because we were in traffic at a stoplight. I had to pull over so I could report him for harassment, but couldn’t get a clear photo of his license plate. However I was able to snap a photo of his face and the company truck he was driving and am just in shock that anyone could exhibit that kind of behavior to a single young woman who is minding her own business trying to get home from work. If you are so sick you need to lash out and degrade a woman from your vehicle, maybe don’t do it while you’re operating a company car and on the company dime? The only thing worse would be if that man was actually the business owner, in which case I would feel no guilt at all by putting him on blast and writing this review. This is the culture we live in, where grown men old enough to be my grandfather feel the need to scare, abuse, and insult women on the street because it makes them feel powerful. I am just sickened and I hope he gets a healthy dose of karma. Shame on him, and his employer Walker Zanger for harboring such a despicable scumbag. Give your business to someone with morals or standards on what to expect from the workers they hire. I just hope to goodness he doesn’t have any daughters.

Came in same day that I visited Ann S. What a difference. Great customer service. Great selection, Jeffrey, who attended me, showed me and explained a variety of options, and gave me some free samples to take home to discuss with my architect. Highly recommended.

I was amazed by the variation of designs, colors and styles, it gave me ideas for my kitchen back splash sales coordinators was so helpful on showing me what I was looking for and my price range as well

I have purchased tiles several times from Walker Zanger but the last time I was there, is absolutely my final time. The tiles I ordered went on backorder but no calls were ever made to me, they kept having defects, yet ZERO CALLS, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Needless to say my construction went on hold for MONTHS with no apologies. I ended up finding a place in the Valley to buy my tiles that was ¹⁄₅ of the price. My advice, if you like customer service and construction to be done in a reasonable amount of time, AVOID WALKER ZANGER.
