Professor Orlando has been the most important individual in my BJJ career. He has helped me a ton in my journey to getting my black belt in Brazilian Jiu-​Jitsu and even more so in life.
He is a 2015 ADCC World Champion in Jiujitsu and is 5 – 0 in professional MMA.

Stopped in for Friday boot camp class, which happens to be «challenge day.» Upon entering, I was offered a pre-​workout drink and greeted by the team of trainers. Alex put us through the I Am Legend workout, with excellent instruction and motivation along the way. After class, I took advantage of their cryotherapy chamber and got a protein shake for the walk home. The entire operation is a 10 out of 10, and I’m looking forward to going back again.

Took the new Bootcamp class at 6 pm tonight with one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked out with, Alex Fine. Hands down one of the most dynamic workouts — he focused on HIIT (High Interval Intensity Training) for an hour straight. Be prepared to sweat & work muscles you’ve never used before! Everyone is welcoming & motivating which is so refreshing coming from a renowned gym that trains the best athletes in the world.
