I like coming here to find a wide variety of brands at prices I’m willing to pay. I usually go in once a month or so. But today as I was checking out the experience was not great. The woman up front had me wait and I thought I was waiting or a cashier. She just called someone over to tell her to do something and then after checked me out herself. She couldn’t do both at the same time? Then as I was giving her my membership information she couldn’t type it in right. I haven’t had issues with any other cashiers at any other Ulta locations with giving them my email or phone number. I spelled it out for her slowly and crystal clear but when she read it back to me it was wrong. I just gave up. I’ll be sure to have my card with me next time I visit this location. The cherry on top was that she was talking to different employees all happy and upbeat but not like that with me at all. She didn’t have a name tag on but the receipt said her name is Maria. 3 stars for great products but not the best customer service.

I love ulta but the customer service was very poor one of the employees greeted me with such an attitude. I recommend this store to get better employees who smile and more polite than the ones who are already ther

Worst shopping experience ever. I came in there wanting to buy something specific, a hydrating mask for hair, shouldn’t be so hard at a place like that right? I go in, no one greets me for 10 mins even though I’m walking around looking confused. I ask a girl for help, she acts like its a hassle, then doesn’t know anything about the products, then goes who knows where, another girl comes to help. Also knows next to nothing, then lies to me about an ingredient in a product. Zero customer service skills and nobody knew anything. This is why people go to Sephora. The morons that work there, I don’t even know how they got the job.

I have always had good experiences shopping here. Very large store, and I’ve never seen it crowded. If you’ve never been to an Ulta, it’s like beauty heaven. They have everything from the drugstore brands, to top-tier skincare and makeup, to salon styling products. Recently I had my first appointment for haircut and a glaze at the salon. I went to Elizabeth, who was so sweet and friendly and listened to what style I was looking for. At the end I was SO happy with my hair. It is DEFINITELY worth the amazing price. It’s a happy medium between getting a cheapo cut and a pricey salon cut.
