Yep, believe the 5 star reviews. I dropped by couple months ago and service was superb, to say the least. Very attentive staff and I even got some complimentary champagne! Quality of clothes is on point. Style is on the preppier side but without being stuffy. Classic and timeless pieces for your sartorial needs.

I’m going to keep this review short and fabulous. The service was great, the visual design was great. But the changing rooms. Oh the changing rooms. I never seen a more beautiful setup for a changing room, like a suite somewhere in the bowels of an English hotel. I will come again, just to try something on, and stay a bit in that room.

The quality of the tommy’s clothes here r far better than what i have seen in macy’s or outlet. If you r in the neighborhood, please stop by to check it out. The fabrics, the cutting, they r awesome. I was told this store is one of the 5 flag ship store in the US.

This is Mark Winn, and I do not do drugs I do clothes! I coined this term. I was in the vicinity of the Tommy Hilfiger store on Robertson bl and prior to a dr’s app. across the st; had no prior knowledge of the store being there as I do not live in the neighborhood. So, as sunset began and I had some disposable time I went inside. As I walked into the store I was amazingly greeted in what seemed like 15seconds upon entering the store by a lovely sales associate named Laurie, I believe her name was. This warm greeting, for me was a definite plus!!! to begin with. Especially because I have experienced from other clothing retailers both small boutiques and larger ones no greeting whatsoever I might as well have been the invisible man! For God’s sake! Afterwards, as I browsed the store I noticed the warm, and beautiful décor and design of the store! another plus for me! With all of this I felt, good, relaxed, and definitely welcomed. As I continued to browse the various choices in the men’s section; specifically; a gentleman sales asso named Mr. Craig Jenkins approached me warmly and asked if he could assist me in anyway. I said yes. Meanwhile his demeanor was very pleasant, he smiled warmly and he seemed to be quite knowledgeable about the various products… etc. Afterwards he asked would I like to try something on I said yes. and as I followed him to the fitting room I was just in awe on how comfortable, modern, and clean and inviting not only outside of the fitting room; was but once inside the fitting room it was extra spacious and really super clean with a really large and clean mirror as well!!! and a large seating area too!!! Another plus for me!!! Especially because for me the cleanliness of a fitting room in a retail clothing setting says a lot about a business establishment as much as the cleanliness of a restroom says in a restaurant establishiment. …If they don’t care about the restroom or fitting room all they seem to want is my money and that’s it!!! In conclusion; although I did not buy any thing the eve I was there; I felt I was treated extremely respectfully, friendly, and professionally as a shopper/browser. And for me especially since I am an African American consumer and what with some poor treatment not only myself but other African American consumers have experienced within not only the US economy but also the world economy I was relieved to experience something positive and I will refer other people to this Hilfiger store. PS incidentally I did not know that the Hilfiger label had its own exclusive stores apart from being in the larger retail stores. Sincerely, Mark A. Winn
