After over a year of hearing about this class from every single one of my co-workers I was convinced to finally try it out for myself! I went to my first class yesterday and it completely kicked my butt!!! Rachel is really sweet and keeps you motivated. I could barely keep up, but still got a good work out. The package deals are way more economical than the single session prices so obviously they’re the way to go! It’s way cheaper than getting a personal trainer and, from the results I’ve observed with others. way more effective! The classes max out at 5 people per session which means a lot more one on one attention too. I’ll post again with my own results…

Studio C is actually at Train in West Hollywood. Rachael is the owner and teaches all the morning classes. She is a stickler for technique and form so I can never«cheat» by being lazy because she always catches and corrects me. Okay, yes, I really shouldn’t be such a lazy ass because it is only a 30 minute class, but if you had to do 30 push ups on the Power Plate you’d want to cheat too! The results of PP are quite amazing. After a month of going 2 – 3 times a week, my clothes were much looser. And now, after being a regular of a few months, I’m tone, feel stronger and my tushie has never looked better! Plus, I broke my ankle before and it always gave me trouble when working out but I feel NO pain when on the Power Plate. In fact, I think the PP has strengthened the muscles around my ankle because it feels strong and I don’t baby it anymore! I know it looks gimmicky but the PP is really effective — its like a half hour jolt of intense cardio and strength training. Rachael shapes her classes so that each workout is different and her attention to technique and form guarantees results. Nicole is another teacher who will get your heart pumping and Alex will plain kick your butt(in a good way!).

I have to admit, I was a pessimist prior to taking the class. I had never thought it would be this effective. My stiff neck is gone and I got great core exercise out of it. The instructor Rachel is up close and personal with every one, real help full. Best safe and high impact exercise I have ever done in thirty to forty minutes, and I do work out regularly. Rachel Blumberg and power plates simply offer , transcending vibrations to those who are ready to be catapulted into a new dimension of health and fitness.

Having worked out for many years and getting bored i overheard talk about«the power plate.» I found Rachael Blumberg and tried her workout. I was impressed! The workout gets harder but somehow you don“t know it workouts are always very stimulating. Fun, different, great music best of all RESULTS I am proud of! Come try I promise you too will love it!

Wow, this Power plate thing is a workout! Rachael is a great teacher, the classes are hard but quick, effective and fun. They are about 40 minutes long. She has great music, is highly knowledgeable and will not take«I can’t «for an answer. Love it! Sort of… you know what I mean. Hurts so good!
