This is now and always will be my place. I had an amazing experience. I came here for a birth control insertion, and because of them, it went very smoothly. Everyone was very nice, polite, and professional.
I was even offered crackers and a blanket. All in all, I am very happy with my visit.

I had never been to a PP in my life. I didn’t know what to expect, but this place was better than I could have ever imagined.
The staff was friendly, empathetic and efficient. They handled everything with compassion and gave offered invaluable advice.
I cannot overstate how comfortable the woman made me and my partner feel.
I was a fan of the work Planned Parenthood was doing before my first trip there, but not that I have experienced them firsthand, I can honestly say I will advocate for them in the streets if I had to.
They are providing invaluable services for men, women and couples.

So kind and helpful! They could not help me there, they were booked, but they got me an appointment for a place that can much sooner. I’m very pleased with everything there. Clean, nice staff and very helpful. Made me feel cared for and comfortable. So happy Planned Parenthood exists!

My friends and I went in to get the implant birth control, and we’re definitely sticking to this location. It’s empty, clean, the staff and doctors are BEYOND friendly, and they’re on-​time with appointments. Couldn’t have asked for a better and more convenient experience.

I received better medical care from this clinic than from my previous doctors when I had private insurance. Kay and Letty were so wonderful and caring– they made sure to keep me feeling safe and comfortable during a stressful visit. Very knowledgeable staff– I would highly recommend this location!

I’ve patronized Planned Parenthood locations in San Francisco, the East Bay, Hollywood, and now West Hollywood… and this WeHo location has impressed me the most.
I usually have issues with making appointments online (seems to be a glitchy system), so I often just risk walking in, as early as possible. Due to insurance issues, another PP location changed my prescription which led to terrible side effects, and I was ready to fight tooth and nail to be able to go back on my old prescription at this new location. However, after stating my issue, they quickly (and painlessly) rectified the issue with no qualms (and no payment on my part! That was a pleasant surprise).
They seemed more thorough than usual during the intake which, obviously, is a must. Each of the employees here (admin, receptionist, nurses, and the doctor) were ALL very professional and friendly. They actually seem to enjoy working here. And the place is amazingly clean (probably helps that it’s brand new).
AND. PARKING IS VALIDATED. No more questionable street parking and walking through shady neighborhoods! Yay!

Awful awful awful! I called to make an appointment, and was told on the phone that I should just walk in instead. They said they were accepting walk-​ins starting at 9am. I got there at 8:50, and a lady came outside and told me they will be open in 10 minutes, then closes the door and leaves me standing outside. At 9, I ring the buzzer again and they let me in. Go upstairs, obviously no one is there and no one is waiting. I let the lady know that I was told on the phone to walk in, and I just needed a refill. She tells me no way, they can’t give me my refill because they aren’t taking walk-​ins until the afternoon. Even though absolutely no one was there, and I didn’t need any procedures or anything done? Give me a break…
