Another long overdue Unilocal review! Marianne helped my husband and I purchase a home almost two years ago now. Marianne is such an adorable, kind, uplifting realtor! She is a rare find. Not only is she patient while tailoring her skills to a buyer’s needs, she also gives an honest opinion on the positives and negatives when considering buying or selling a home. From my experience of working with Marianne, she is very accommodating and flexible with the client’s schedule. We looked at houses for at least 2 years before we found our family’s dream home within our budget. She goes above and beyond the role of realtor and really values her client’s input and wishes. She is amazing the way she brings all facets of the real estate process together– from beginning to end. Not only is Marianne classy, sophisticated, and intelligent, she knows her product, is a good communicator and fun to look at houses with!!!

Such a pleasure to work with Marianne Simon, as a first time buyers for my husband and I, we had a great experience and still almost 4 years after the purchase of our house we feel very lucky and grateful.
Our experience of finding our dream house was easy and pretty fast (lucky us). We just spoke to her, expressed our needs our wish list, price point, desire location and in couple of months we found it.
She is not afraid to share her point of view and to say if we are taking a good decision or not, she also has lots is contacts of vendors to recommend if you need them.
It is very pleasant to work with someone honest, open minded whom would have the patience to listen and understand our likes or dislikes, definitely she excels with first-​time buyers, she is a good negotiator, and thorough.
