I came into town from Arizona visiting my daughter, and decided to take a Class at Jenny’s. I was referred by my daughter, and it was one of the best classes I’ve ever taken! Jenny was such a great instructor. She took her time showing me how to use the machines correctly, and made sure that I got a quality workout. I will definitely be back when I am in town! Great Energy, Great Staff, and all around great experience! THANK YOU JENNY!

Solid Pilates reformer studio!
I took flow Pilates with Cynthia Harris, she focused on proper form and taught a challenging series after a warm up with focus on Pilates breathing techniques. I left feeling strong & lengthened! My legs will be sore tomorrow!

Jenny Tate is my favorite Pilates instructor and I’ve tried over a dozen in LA. She comes from a body building background so she incorporates weights, bands, etc and knows exactly what to do for efficient results. I love that her classes are fast, effective, and well worth the value. I always feel welcomed in her class because the students are all excited to be there and most of them have been seeing her for years.

I love this studio and the instructors here! They are knowledgeable and seem to genuinely care about their clients which is not always the case at other studios. They know how to work with injuries and pay close attention to your form and call you out in constructive, helpful ways. Love Jenny and Kristan!

Loved Jenny! She’s engaging, checks in and adjusts your form. The upper and core class was really challenging in the best way. The studio is inside a gym and there’s no signage outside to let you know it’s there. Just ask the person at the front desk where to go.

My weekend routine starts with a pilates reformer class with Guy. He is a great instructor, attentive to form and offers a challenging workout. Combine that with his upbeat and fun personality, the hour-​long class is over sooner than I’d like. The classes are intimate and have a great vibe. Although I haven’t had a class with Jenny, she is super friendly and sincerely interested in feedback to ensure her clients are happy with her new pilates studio, and it shows.

I’ve known Jenny for 9 years and have taken her Core Structure Class at Gold’s Gym Hollywood since she started it. She makes her classes fun and challenging. She is always mixing things up with her routines and music and is very conscious of new people and making them feel comfortable and welcomed.
I know having her own studio has been a dream of her’s for years and she was very particular about finding just the right space and vibe.
Well she has found the perfect place with Jenny Tate Pilates in West Hollywood on Robertson. The space is super sleek and has everything she needs to transform your body. Go give it a try and you’ll be hooked. You go Jenny, see you mondays and Wednesdays.

I’ve been a client of Jenny’s for almost four years. She works you out and you really get your money’s worth and great results. She’s energetic, her Pilates classes are killer and fun. A little advice for beginners, before starting a group reformer class take a few private sessions to get acquainted with the reformer and workout.

I have been a client of Jenny Tates for almost ten years now. I am impressed with her knowledge of kinesiology and anatomy/​physiology. She is patient and kind but doesn’t give up on me when I feel like giving up! :)

I’ve been coming to the main facility for maybe 10years, I forget now because it’s been so long. The pilates equipment and area is brand new and a welcome addition to the gym. It’s downstairs from the street level main area, so it’s a bit cooler, which is a plus. Its also walled off so there’s not much noise to deal with. My workout regimen incorporates Pilates, so its great to be able to access the main gym and also the pilates area. This place is for serious workouts, not really a place to «hang out and be seen» type of place, so I recommend it if you’re goal is to stay fit.

I have been going to jenny for the past 3 years and I love it. She is an amazing trainer and I love doing Pilates with her. I see a big difference in my body because of her training. Also, the studio, is large, Airy, and clean.

I’m so excited about Jenny Tate Pilate’s group classes! Both of the instructors Jenny and Guy are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They focus on form and core which is what I personally need! I can tell a difference after one Pilate’s session my core feels tighter and I can feel I’m strengthening my low back, which I really need!
The group classes are fun, and the people in the classes are very friendly and everyone is on a first name basis. The equipment is new and what a difference it makes to have new springs!
