I purchased 3 large items from them and used their ‘free delivery ’ service. They promised to give me 48 hours notification of delivery– the articles were dumped in the driveway. We do not live in this home full time and would of liked some warning.
Worst part was the phoniness and continual lying of employees who really don’t care about customer service-if I could give zero stars I would.

The knowledgeable staff and great selection of leading-edge products for commercial and residential customers is outstanding. The showrooms are beautifully stocked with many different lines of furniture offering a comprehensive view of their catalogs.
My outdoor furniture still looks great after 12 years of service. Great quality. Great organization to deal with.

This company is a mess. They treat their customers bad and their employees worse. There is no loyalty, no respect and they seem to be void of the most basic of human emotions. This practice starts at the top and festers throughout. Their prices are SUPER inflated especially since most of the stuff is plastic and comes from China or the Phillipines. Here’s a tip: Save yourself some time and money, buy your furniture from a mid-range store and get custom cushions from an upholsterer.
