Permit me to add yet another resounding 5-​star endorsement for the Computer Hero!
Ever-​patient and cheerful Andrew spent what eventually ended up being three sessions helping me set up a new laptop and then with the challenging task of transferring files from 2 old computers — one of which could not even be started in «safe» mode, the other prone to freezing and crashing. Faced with these constraints, Andrew had to research and find creative work-​around solutions, taking him rather more time than he’d probably envisaged. Yet he persevered and delivered in aces … and his final charges were more than fair, reflecting his philosophy of delivering results to the client, not just billing for hours expended.
He definitely merits the superlatives (fantastic! the absolute best! — proffered by other reviewers) for competency, professionalism and value for services.

Andrew came to fix my mother’s computer issues. It was a great experience. I was so happy to have found him as he really did a great job for her. She had malware and other various computer issues.
