This is a warning to others seeking to get their hair done by Sirone. She was super sweet to me at first but she failed me terribly. After a Brazilian Blowout she used a marcel comb (generally used on African American hair) on my caucasian color-​treated hair. My hair started falling out, it was totally brittle (like straw) and completely damaged. She did offer to condition my hair but it did nothing. She also ADMITTED to not knowing she couldn’t use this formula on highlighted hair (youre the professional… I mean, come on!). She then installed extensions since most of my hair needed to be cut off. but those were a HOT mess…
I asked for a refund and she has refused.
If you want your hair done properly, go to someone else.

Very professional, with constant contact to both confirm and remind me of my appointment. My hair looks amazing as well! Also I learned some tips on haircare along the way. Will definitely return!

Sirone is absolutely wonderful! She is fast and her prices are really competitive, especially for this area. I had a great experience. :) I will be back.
