It is my pleasure to write a review for Caring Hearts Health Care Solutions. After my elderly mother had heart surgery I contacted Caring Hearts to provide nursing services for her. They were absolutely fantastic. The paid attention to detail, they communicated with my mother’s physicians brilliantly and I was relived to know my mother was receiving the very best care possible.

I have known about Susan Kraut for more than 10 years. She is the most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to the priority of patient care. She is an incredible advocate and an incredible source of information of things people have no clue about when it comes to home health care. Not only is she hands on with caregivers but she is passionate about what is most important for the person in need.
She is always available 24/​7, quick to respond, super thorough, and treats you like one of the family. I’ve had excellent excellent service with her and everyone I’ve referred to her has said the same…
