I love friendly service. Food juicy and delicious. Staff was attentive and friendly. Finally tried the chocolate malt. That was religious. Best grass fed burger on planet.

All of the food here is really good. The lounge burger, fries, and milkshakes are my favorite. They have great service and everyone there is super nice and helpful.

One of the best free range turkey burgers I’ve ever had! The onion rings were crispy, and cooked perfect and the ranch was BOMB!

Burger Lounge is delicious! From burgers to salads, this place delivers a high quality dining experience. Its a casual order-​at-​the-​register and get a number at your table kind of place, but the service is top notch with the staff checking to make sure your drinks are filled, food is tasty, and you are happy with your meal. They really go above and beyond in terms of service.
I recommend the lounge burger, medium, cheddar cheese, and grilled onions. All of the meat on the menu comes from grass fed animals which makes it so much tastier! It comes with lettuce, tomato and thousand island dressing as well.
The fresh vegetable salad is also very tasty with generous portions of cucumber, corn, tomatoes, chopped carrots, and other tasty vegetables. You can add protein for a small upcharge — I usually add grilled chicken. There are two dressing options — ranch or lemon vinaigrette — both very tasty.
The fries here are also very good. They come slightly seasoned and you can get one or all dipping sauces for no extra charge — my favorites are ranch and thousand island.
They also have a variety of other protein options (tuna, turkey, veggie patties, fried or grilled chicken, etc.) that can go with a salad or on a sandwich.
If you’re a big fan of this place you should definitely take advantage of their black friday /​cyber monday specials that have included buy one $ 50 gift card, get a $ 25 one free and buy a $ 100 gift card and get a $ 50 one free. I’ve done this the last few years and it is so worth it!

Attention from staff is great. They re helpful and very accommodating.
Their menu of course the same as the rest of the stores and nothing to complain about. Over all every burger lounge location is up to nut expectations so far.
I’m glad I can find them almost everywhere in the west side at this point.

Had the gluten free burger. It was Good. The waitstaff was so nice to give us a ‘grass fed organic beef shirt’ to wear back in Texas. Clean and friendly. It’s nice when the workers are extra friendly.

It’s easy to get burned when hungry on the Sunset Strip. There are a lot of questionable and/​or overpriced restaurants, and haplessly entering one without proper foreknowledge or a foodie-​tuned map can be disastrous.
With that preface, I can maintain that Burger Lounge is genuinely well-​intentioned, and offers legitimately delicious food.
They’ve got a varied bunch of burger choices, which include Free Range Turkey, Albacore, Veggie (Quinoa), Paleo (hello Socal), and as a limited-​time special when I went, Elk. I like that they keep it interesting!
That being said, if this is your first time, I’d recommend going for the standard Lounge Burger: 100%, single sourced grass-​fed US beef. You’ll find these and other healthy sounding monikers sprinkled all around the menu, but what it boils down to is that this is some real food!
You can taste the difference oozing out with each bite: the meat is fresh, juicy, and lean, and palpably light years ahead of fast food. The bun is a great too: whole wheat, substantial, and soft. At just a few bucks more than cheap food, $ 7.95 for the standard burger is a steal.
The inside is sparkly clean and, as the name implies, comfortably loungable. Service was so polite and accommodating that I almost felt bad for not leaving a tip. (It’s a pay-​first, non-​service restaurant.)
One burger may not fill you up if you’re running completely on empty, so I made a point of trying a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ side of onion rings and fries. Thick and well-​seasoned, yet not abound with grease; these were awesome! I also got me some Dijon on the side, which had the perfect pincer-​like kick that comes with good mustard.
Oh, and the bathrooms are distinguished by Electric Plug and Outlet, rather than Male and Female. (Subtle sexual symbolism?) This would’ve been good to know, because I walked around the place like 3 times before actually going in, ’cause I thought it was like, some sort of electricity room, or something…
Aaanyway, four solid stars for Burger Lounge. I’d come back!

Best burger!!! Definitely going back for more. I have a hard time finding something healthy and savory in flavor, but this was the juiciest, freshest burger I’ve ever been served.

One of my favorite burger places in LA.
Today I tried their elk burger special with an order of onion rings.
Better was cooked perfectly and the onion rings were very different then other places. It was like breaded in breadcrumbs and then deep fried.
I also had their milk shakes. So good. Be sure to get it with malt.
Staff amazing and very helpful and very attentive. I definite will be coming back.

Very good food and awesome service! Wild Mushroom Elk Burger was beyond delicious. The ambience in this place is very relaxing, will most definitely visit this place when in town again :).

Asked for an IPA on tap a week and they answered my prayers. Don’t even have to feel guilty cuz everything here is so healthy. Rommel, the manager, is really friendly too. Happy to support this spot.

I’m not sure what I can add that other reviews haven’t said already. The food here is consistently terrific, the burgers are filling in fresh, and the sides are yummy. The store is aesthetically pleasing and has lots of outdoor seating… so bring the dog! :-)
When you’re craving a good burger and don’t want to spend a lot a dough, this is the place.

Love it! Loungey burger place with a healthy menu– what more could you ask for? All burgers are grass fed, organic cheese etc. «Batch Craft Sodas» are made with organic cane sugar. They have a ginger soda that is really unique– sort of tastes like spicy sprite and oddly addictive.
Staff are really nice and eager to please– not a bad place for a burger fix!

I have never been to any of the Burger Lounge locations, I heard that it all started somewhere near San Diego. One of our friends was raving about this place so that is how we ended up here for a nice birthday dinner.
Located in West Hollywood so not the area where I mostly mingle in but it was still alright. The parking lot is underground and really tight. Thank God I wasn’t driving I probably would of hit something or someone on the way in.
Alright back to business Burger Lounge has a really cool concept and it looks really pretty the design, the flow or everything and the bathrooms are pretty unique, especially the signs. What I love about this place is that they do sell a smaller portion size burger and that is a huge bonus in my book since I hate it when I can’t finish something.
The burger tasted delicious and everyone loved it. They also do sell beer if you would like and they have a pretty chill outdoor patio set up that is really nice and especially good for the summer time. Glad I got to try this place and I would say it is just super flavorful and amazing! Loved it and every minute of it. Can’t wait to come back.

Ask for Eddie! He is So awesome! Made my first burger lounge experience truly delightful! I’m a first timer, and super picky, but Eddie got me squared away! I LOVE THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE SMALLER BURGER OPTIONS! Whoooo! That’s part of America’s fat problem now– portion control is out of control! lol any who– this little burger was seasoned so damn good, you’d want to smack ya mama– DO YOU HEAR ME lol, and the bacon was on point — very thick– who wants thin transparent bacon? Not this girl who moved from Atlanta! Lol I’ll be back for the bison soon! Maybe in a week or two ;-)

I’m a seasoning queen, but this burger was so good– like not one complaint! He also let me sample the onion rings,& house made BBQ! Fire combo!
Id even go as far to suggest to add bison to the regular menu or at least as a seasonal item– as long as Rommel cooks it, tho!

Mid-​way through a ride, I found out that the person with me had never been to Hollywood or the Westside. WHAT?!! … so off to Hollywood we go… I was super happy, since I got to visit my old neighborhood!
I move around a lot, I am always surprised at people who are originally from SoCal (since I was born an Angeleno too). Now that I’m back again, the new people I’m meeting, don’t seem to travel outside their comfort zone much.
Okay — so Burger Lounge! GREAT FOOD! I really like the color orange, so their sign pulled me in. But the friendly staff and non-​GMO and organic, kept me there… I was not hungry at the time, and on a ride. I can ride all day w/​just a protein bar. So staying was a big deal for me.
Burger w/​fries, that’s all I ordered. I couldn’t finish the burger (I believe the smallest is ¹⁄₃ lb). The fries were the bigger (not fast food skinny fries) — I’m still hunting for «chips». I think I’m always looking for «chips», but I end up only finding fries. Burger Lounge’s fries are very good, and they satisfied my «chips» craving.
Plus, parking the motorcycle was really easy. I did see the parking garage, but luckily I didn’t need one — I got a spot!
